I’m Gosia, the hands and heart behind The Chleb!

By day, I work full-time in the localization industry at an international corporation, but my heart has always been deeply connected to music. As a professional flute player and an experienced violinist, I’ve spent years bringing joy to others through performance. Now, I’ve discovered another way to share that joy—through the art of baking.

Beyond work and music, I cherish spending time with people and simply observing the world around me. Each loaf of bread I bake reflects my love for simplicity, warmth, and connection. To me, baking is more than just making food—it’s about spreading happiness and bringing people together.
